My First Attemp At The Renergy Sandwich 2.0 ...


This was my first attempt at making the Renergy (pronounced Hen-er-gy) Breakfast Sandwich 2.0 ... This sandwich is light (though it may look heavy), super healthy and very nutrient dense ... It's a part of the Gracie Diet (http://graciediet.com/), that I've been following for the past few years ... 

The Gracie Diet (http://graciediet.com/) was founded by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Grandmaster Carlos Gracie (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlos_Gracie), on the principles of maintaining peak levels of health for consistent hard training, by using the proper food combinations ... The combinations were not based on taste, appearance, or biological classification, but on what pairings would optimize the digestive process and lead to increased energy, health, and longevity. The diet also focused on keeping the body alkeline instead of an acidic state, therefore maintaing a strong immune system ... Also, the diet avoids certain foods, including Alcohol, Pork, Peppered and Pickled Foods ...
