I'm not sure ... But I don't think it is because he would most likely be in his traditional black parachute pants or his yellow body suit with the black stripe ( like Uma Therman wore in Kill Bill ) ... I'm just guessing that's how they'd portray him if he was considered a Marvel super hero ...
