Simple Wisdom to Live By ...

1. Thou shalt not worry, for worry is the most unproductive of all human activities.

Be not, faint of heart, and grieve not:for you are bound to rise high if you open your heart to believe!
The Quran 3:139

2. Thou shalt not be fearful, for most of the things we fear never come to pass.

Behold! verily on the friends of Beloved God there is no fear,nor shall they grieve...
10:62

3. Thou shalt not cross bridges before you get to them, for no one yet has succeeded in accomplishing this.

And that human being shall have nothing but what he or she strives for. 53.39

4. Thou shalt face each problem as it comes. You can handle only one at a time anyway.

No soul shall have a burden laid on it greater than it can bear. 2:233

On no soul does God place a burden greater than it can bear.It gets every good that it earns, and it suffers every ill that it earns. 2:286

5. Thou shalt not take problems to bed with you, for they make very poor bedfellows.

God is the One who rendered the night for your rest. 10:67

And He it is Who made the night a covering for you, and the sleep a rest. 25:47

6. Thou shalt not borrow other people's problem. They can take better care of them than you can.

No bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another. 53:38

7. Thou shalt not try to relieve yesterday for good or ill - it is gone. Concentrate on what is happening in your life today.

Behold! Man is in a constant state of loss by the very nature of time.Except those who realize and do righteous deeds .. 103.1-3

8. Thou shalt count thy blessings, never overlooking the small ones, for a lot of small blessings add up to a big one.

Most surely God is the Lord of grace towards men, but most of them do not give thanks. 10.60

9. Thou shalt be a good listener, for only when you listen do you hear ideas different from your own. It is very hard to learn something new when you are talking.

... listen with attention and remain silent, that ye may receive mercy. 7:204

10. Thou shalt not become bogged down by frustration, for 90 percent of it is rooted in self-pity, and it will only interfere with position action.

Your Guardian-Lord has not forsaken you, nor is He displeased.And surely what comes after is better for you than that which has gone before. 93:3,4
